I was very nervous about this treatment as I've never had it before nor had I ever used this venue. Michael was great and put me at ease right from the start - we had a good chat about what was expected and he talked me through each step of the facial. It was very relaxing and I was truly amazed with the results. My face felt so soft and hydrated and I felt so relaxed and calm for the rest of the day. The facial results are still lasting and to ensure the maintenance, I have booked another appointment in a fortnights time.
