My facial was absolutely amazing and I felt wonderful afterwards. My experience before hand wasn't very good. I was sat in reception for quite some time before anyone came in to ask if I was being seen to, I wasn't really very impressed with that and think that maybe a receptionist would be a valuable addition to the team. Added to that, the radio sat on the floor was incredibly loud and really irritating. I was quite apprehensive of the treatment given these things and would possibly not stayed had I not paid in advance. That being said, I'm very glad I did stay as Michael gave an amazing facial and I'm really glad I did stay.

Michael was very professional and instantly put me at ease. The room was beautifully set out, with ambient lighting, sound, and aroma as well as spotlessly clean. The treatment itself was exactly what I needed to relieve a lot of the stress I had been keeping in my back and shoulders.
