The whole atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and Lydia was so wonderful, attentive and kind. She really listened to my preferences as well as obviously use her own expertise to help us get the best out of my appointment. First time at Cisco Karma and needed my roots done urgently. Colour came out pretty good on the day with a nice cut but after washing my hair seems the root colour was too light and didnt cover the greys.
