Unfortunately my fringe was cut extremely unevenly and lopsided. I was in disbelief. I wasn't even allowed an even partial refund which I thought was very unprofessional.

Amazingly precise cut after in depth discussion about what I wanted to achieve in regards to my appearance by the haircut. Jess had an extreme patience and sincere understanding towards me and what I was after. The result is flawless.
