It's such a shame because I've been to this salon twice before and had a really good experience with 2 other stylists, but this time the stylist cut my hair lopsided; one side is an inch shorter than the other. I sent 2 messages via their website and haven't had a reply via phone or email (and I checked my junk folder). Luckily, my friend, who is a hairdresser, has offered to fix my cut. I always have anxiety about getting my haircut and I'm disappointed that I'll now have to look elsewhere.
