It's such a shame because I've been to this salon twice before and had a really good experience with 2 other stylists, but this time the stylist cut my hair lopsided; one side is an inch shorter than the other. I sent 2 messages via their website and haven't had a reply via phone or email (and I checked my junk folder). Luckily, my friend, who is a hairdresser, has offered to fix my cut.
I always have anxiety about getting my haircut and I'm disappointed that I'll now have to look elsewhere.
I had the great experience ever, I usually hate the new haircut but this time, I loved it from the first look and even when my hair was still wet . Many thanks for the brilliant haircut and colouring and the whole experience and everyone was impressed especially I had a family gathering on the weekend and also meeting my partner at the airport at the same day. I was supposed to had my hair done a week before but was not feeling well so my appointment was rescheduled straight away.
