This is not a relaxation massage: it is a proper sports massage. And you feel it. It was exactly what I wanted to work out the serious knots in my back. It was a little pricey but it was a good massage.
Only one criticism: I would have liked a few moments of privacy to get ready before and after the massage. The therapist would be better off leaving the room instead of just holding up a towel.

This was the first massage I've had done by somebody who wasn't a 'beauty therapist' and oh my goodness, it was fantastic! I suffer a lot with knots in my shoulders due to my job, and Ant did an amazing job. Still a little bit sore two days later, but I feel so much better. Will definitely go back next time I need a massage.
