Dom met me at the door and put me at my ease at the outset. He chatted knowledgably while he worked on my knotty thighs. The pressure was perfectly judged, firm and well-paced; occasionally painful but Dom warned me before the worst bits, including the dreaded IT bands. I felt bruised next day, as expected but had a spring in my step. I wish I had come earlier before developing so many knots!
