Very good massage with Ant, the aftercare advise was excellent and will be really helpful. I thought the bottled water was also a nice touch, I'd certainly recommend as the customer service is excellent.

I can’t believe it, I have been pain free since visiting. I have had a niggle in my upper back/ shoulders from working at a desk but after my visit at the weekend I can’t believe I’m now pain free. Not only that but Ant provided me with a number of stretches and tips including a tennis ball to help prevent the niggle returning between my sessions.
Already booked myself back in as I can’t believe how good it feels to be pain free.
