Massage was given as a gift but I’m so glad it was for here...it was probably the best sports massage I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back. If you can take a bit of ‘pain’, then definitely let Ant put some pressure on as my back felt the best it has for a long time afterwards!
Ant’s knowledge was excellent and the exercise tips he gave me to follow up with are a huge added bonus.

I had a deep tissue massage with Dom and he was exceptional! Super friendly and welcoming and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as working on the areas that I needed, he listened to what my problems were and helped ease the tension, I felt the benefits straight away. Had a bad back for several years that i was hoping would just sort itself out. Finally bit the bullet and glad i did. Ant was polite and knowledgable, asking me what was wrong and what i needed rather than just jumping to conclusions.
