Really enjoyed the massage I had at Circle 8. Ant explained what he was doing throughout and gave me some exercises to do after the massage. Felt good the next day, like I had been worked on but not pummeled! Would recommend.

Excellent deep tissue massage with Ant. I have suffered with lower back pain for so long and have tried various other places and treatments, Ant beats them hands down. Great massage which yes did hurt at times but he does check in and make sure you see ok. He explained what he thought was causing it, what I'd need to to to fix it, including changing my sleep position. Also he explained the muscles involved, showed me stretches and also sent me some videos demonstrating these stretches.
The place is also very clean, smartly decorated and the location is super central.
Absolute first class service and I will 100% be back.
