I had 2 treatments with Ant now and he has been fantastic. I have had a lot of discomfort in my back and Ant sports massage make a massive difference. He is also great as he always follows up with exercises I can do at home to keep on helping improve my back pain. He is very professional and listens to everything I explained to him about my back, with his high level of experience and qualifications he adapted my treatment to target the specific muscles.
