Incredible deep tissue massage! Hannah found every knot in my shoulders. I was a bit sore the next day which Hannah warned me about and gave good after care advice. My back feels so much better! Thanks!

Ant was very experienced and very pleasant. He put me at ease and the 90 minute deep tissue massage flew by. He identified where the issues were and concentrated the massage there. He then demonstrated useful exercises to address my issues. Ant then emailed me videos of various exercises I can do at home to help.
