Very good. Not had cupping before but Ant explained the benefits and mixed it in with some massage before applying the cups and after taking them off. My back feels great today and I will definitely be going back!

honestly when I first booked it for some reason I thought it was gonna be an oil, chilled massage haha I was not prepared for this type of massage at all. It definitely hurt but wow I actually have flat shoulders now, I didn't know they were supposed to feel like this after having knots for so long. I've advised everyone I know to come to circle 8 :) really know what they are doing.
