Great massage- unlocked issues that I’d didn’t even realise I had! Hadn’t realised that my shoulder movement had been so limited until I suddenly found I could reach to wash between my shoulder blades with ease post massage rather than straining to do this. Similarly hadn’t realised how restricting the vague posterior hip discomfort was and releasing glut medius has changed how I’m moving. Back and trapezius pain that I thought were my main issues are also improving. Thanks Jessika!
