This was my first ever reflexology, within minutes Jess knew so much about my health and aches and pains. Incredibly thorough I left feeling an inch taller and fully relaxed. The massage room itself was stunning and I was given a weighted blanket which was sheer heaven to lie under. I've already booked back in.

Until i had this deep tissue massage i was unaware of the knots and tension in my legs and back, once these were unlocked i felt like jelly,. i ached the day afterwards, a sort of brilliant pleasure pain! I now feels awesome. If you train regularly i believe you would completely benefit from this therapy, go for the hour deep tissue session.

Went to see Jennifer for the first time at the weekend and all i can say is wow, i feel like a new man now. Her personality is out of this world, dead easy to chat to and down to earth. Would definitely recommend the deep tissue to anyone with back/neck/shoulder tightness or issues!!! Will be booking in again soon
