Oh my! That was the best massage ever! I went in with the tightest shoulders in Leeds and left with them feeling so much better!! Was such a good session Jennifer she went to town on me and it was AWESOME! She is super friendly and gave me some tips on how to not let’s me shoulders get so bad again. I will definitely be going back i got some tight hammies that need the same treatment! ☺️

A really great deep tissue massage, not only targeting the areas of concern during the massage but Ant provided me with links to exercises to perform to help correct some of the issues overtime. Ant is welcoming and friendly which made me feel at ease and able to relax more. Will definitely return.
