Went in last minute with a super stiff and sore neck I could hardly move it. Left being able to move my neck as normal. Also received an unexpected aftercare email the next day with details of additional work I can do to help any further pain and stiffness. Highly knowledgeable and always friendly.

Booked with Circle Eight and Ant a few times, exceptional masseur. Identifies the areas that need attention, and provides the deep tissue massage required. All whilst being friendly and engaging, remaining professional from start to finish. Left feeling relaxed and muscles feel better for it. Ant also provided some after-care information and videos demonstrating stretches to help with targeted areas. Will be booking again.
