Brilliant service! I have seen a few other therapists to no avail before seeing Ant @ Circle8. Such a big difference already and i will be starting the strengthening movements today!

Arrived full of aches and tension knots from training and poor posture, and more than a little trepidation at my first sports massage. Ant was absolutely terrific and the initial nerves at seeking treatment were definitely not needed!
I got some great advice, intense massage therapy on my knotted back and shoulders, and we had a great chat about anything and everything.

I had a back problem and Hannah took a really through history, and gave me a great massage focusing on the problem area. She followed up with some exercises by email so I can keep everything moving. Nice to chat with her too and I would go again.

This was a birthday present surprise from my fiancée. Max was amazing, he explained the whole process very well. We also had a good chat throughout he is a very hard working bloke. Max deffo knows his stuff. He also followed up with an email sending me some extra exercises to do at home.
