This was a birthday present surprise from my fiancée. Max was amazing, he explained the whole process very well. We also had a good chat throughout he is a very hard working bloke. Max deffo knows his stuff. He also followed up with an email sending me some extra exercises to do at home.

It was my first time having a message. This was a big deal for me as I’m an anxious person. I went for the CBD oil massage. Jenny was amazing! She was super re-assuring, she explained everything step by step.The music and the room had an amazing aura. The massage itself was very comforting when I got dressed and sat down I felt like a huge emotional weight has been lifted of my shoulder cry. Jenny you are an angel! I’m so sorry for getting emosh😅 and thank you! I cannot wait to come back soon xx
