Max did a great job,I have to lift and carry heavy things everyday at work and experience pain and tension quite regularly. Since my massage I feel lighter with better posture. I've been given some stretches to do aswell to combat the tightness in my own time. We also had a great chat about life,would 100% recommend max to anyone.
