Excellent Treatment & Great Chat! Ive had massages before and normally the therapist doesn't talk which makes me slightly anxious!
Ant on the other hand not only gave a great massage but explained what he found, what certain techniques did and why certain muscles may be tight and also had some hilarious stories! I found that really helpful!
