Jessica helped relieve pain in my neck and back applying deep tissue massage. She is very knowledgeable about muscles but also amazing in finding all those hidden knots and pain points. She is very professional and plesent. I will be going back for sure.

Ant is always very welcoming, knowledgable and effective at addressing what’s needed out the session. Left feeling that the aches and pains from my gym training have been sorted.
