I was suffering from neck, shoulder and lower back aches/pain. Ellie was very professional, chatty and explained what she was doing throughout the massage, and I could certainly feel when she found the problem areas. The massage itself was very thorough and I can already tell there is less muscle stiffness in my neck. The tension and knots in my neck understandably couldn't be totally fixed with one visit so I'll definitely be back to continue the treatment. 10/10
