Returning customer. I really like Max, he's not afraid to get stuck in there with the massage so that it can actually provide some relief. He listens to what I ask for, and concentrates there. And it's obvious he doesn't just have some routine he does with everyone: he's present and pays attention to what he feels with his hands so that he can focus effort on the muscles that need it
