The only place I go for a massage these days. I always come out feeling ten times better. Lovely venue, centrally located, easy to access by car or public transport.
I initially went to Circle 8 for a sports massage to help ease muscle tension whilst training for the great north run. Jennifer helped me to understand how to build strength around the weaker muscles and understand what things I could do at home, allowing me to complete my training and the GNR. Since then I have been a regular visitor, with the team at circle 8 not only helping me through various injuries but educating me to prevent them from happening in the first place.
Holly was amazing and really listened to the issues i have been having with my lower back and shoulder, all due to stress tension and repeated pulled muscles. She was really friendly and not too forceful on my back… and i must say, the music was good too! Recommended some after care exercises to help the process. I’ll definitely be back
