I had a great sports massage from Jessika. She went over everything before she did anything to make sure I was comfortable and she wasn’t making anything worse. She did a thorough sports massage which massively helped with my back problems I’ve been experiencing. She also gave me some stretches and other exercises to assist with the ongoing issues. I’ll be booking again!

SAVED MY MARATHON
About 10 days before my London marathon I had a old niggling tendon injury flair up.
I booked an appointment with Holly for the Friday two days before. I attended with only a small amount of hope about my chances of getting round the race without a big flair up.
Holly was so attentive and got my muscles and tendon feeling so much more relaxed and flexible. She also gave great advice on appropriate warm ups & home treatments for the next two days. I got round in good time.
