I paid £110 for a Full Body Fix but received a poor Swedish massage with intermittent contact, poor technique, and inadequate pressure.Despite giving several hours' notice, the therapist refused to reschedule after informing her that I had a virus. The massage worsened my symptoms, putting myself, the therapist, and other clients at risk. Extremely unprofessional. I am seeking advice and would advise to avoid this service. It is clear that the therapist prioritises money over clients health.

Jennifer was incredible! The massage was completley catered to me; we chatted before hand about work/sport, and she outlined some key areas that I would benefit from the deep tissue work. Jennifer was super friendly and I felt amazing after; such a good experience, definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely brilliant massage from Jennifer, treating a lower back strain. She has a great combination of strength and subtlety, and a really impressive knowledge that helped me to understand the nature of my injury. I not only felt much better afterwards, I also felt I had the tools to help myself complete the recovery. We also had a good chat about hiking and climbing ; her friendliness matches her strength and skill.

Thanks for a very thorough deep tissue massage. It was tough; I was warned but it did the job! My back was killing me after 2 weeks on a airbed looking after and lifting a poorly 10kg grandson. So glad I went ; it wasn’t going to get sorted without help.
