My first ever deep tissue massage and it was great. Jennifer targeted the the parts I had pain and soreness with and even gave advice after on correct posture so I can fix the issues in the future. 👍

Jennifer was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She discussed my issues with me and explained the anatomy of my body to me and provided me with stretches afterwards to help ease. I felt at comfort throughout my whole experience with Jennifer. The areas were targeted effectively and I would return.

This is by far the best treatment of this type I have ever had, all the staff I have encountered have been extremely helpful, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking relief from pain, muscle stiffness or injury recovery! It is a far better service than you would receive elsewhere for a similar price
