Ellie talked me through what she was going to do after discussing the pain and tightness I was experiencing in my back. It has genuinely helped, and I've had a lot less pain to deal with on a daily basis since. Her suggestion of using a foam roller since has really helped too; I'll be back for further massages if/when things get tight in my shoulders again! Thanks Ellie :)
