I booked online for a slot as it was during my lunch break however the nail person wasn’t ready so I waited. The person doing my nails seemed nice and friendly, no issues, however I noticed that by booking via Treatwell, I was charged +£8 more (they advertise their rates on the wall) so I felt a little annoyed with that. Then they charged me extra for something without telling me until the end. So all in all, it’s a nice place but the delay & pricing/hidden extra charges put me off coming back
