Amazing experience! So friendly and so helpful. It was the first time having my lashes done and Emily listened and knew exactly what I was after. She even stayed late to do my brows, too! Both look great, thank you!

This was my first ever patch test ahead of my first ever electrolysis session in 2 days. Emily was so welcoming, the place was fresh, clean and comfortable. So pleased I chose to come to her. patch test which only took 5-10 minutes. She used the probe on 3 hairs so we can see how my skin will react to it and also for me to gauge the pain to know what length of session is right for me
