Having ticked and signed the massage consultation form. The massage therapist discussed where I carried any tension, what my regular exercise routine consisted of and any areas causing pain. The treatments are then tailored around your specific needs and the therapist concentrated on those areas. She managed to get the balance right and hopefully i'll return for another treament soon.

Went for a deep tissue massage to help ease pain in my back when I sleep. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and experienced and the massage resulted in a great reduction in pain. Would certainly recommend.
I went for the 60 minute deep tissue massage and I'm so glad I did! Was amazing and the therapist seemed very experienced and knew what she was doing, I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and the massage really helped with this.
If I could afford to have one every week I would!
The clinic is well situated in Bromley town centre with a few parking spaces immediately outside and a multistorey car park a two minute walk away.
