Although Xclusive has great reviews, I definitely would not recommend it to a friend, although the salon is nice enough when you enter and the staff were fairly friendly.
I booked a half head highlights and a haircut and expected to come out two to three hours later with a trim and no roots. However, my dark roots are still very visible with a few chunky blond highlights making my hair look strangely stripy, and the cut wasn’t much better. I asked for short subtle layers, and ended up with blunt large layers that really don’t look great in my mid length hair.
I definitely would not recommend for colour, or cut.

Really happy with my treatment, followed the advice of the hairdresser and my hair is smooth and almost perfectly straight. Would definitely recommend.
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
It was my first visit, I was a bit nervous about getting a colour and cut at a new salon. Ana came across as a warm and experienced hairdresser. She did a fantastic job, I love my new style! I will definately come again, it was excellent value for money and the experience was great from start to finish!
