Told the staff to straight my hair which they didn't they charged me extra for being long hair which it wasn't I had to pay £10 extra for that suppose to finish at 11am but took to 12:15pm I will never come here again

Absolutely horrendous wax. She didn’t have any idea what she was doing. Hurt me to the point where I had to ask her to just stop. She dripped wax on my face. Just awful. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left without.
