I felt that the hairdresser could have listened to me when I explained what colours I wanted for my highlights, I felt as though I was being pressured to go with her choices and as she is the professional I trusted her recommendation, however the colour is not what I had hoped for and darker than my usual shade.
The finish was good and overall it was a nice enough experience with coffee and tea offered.
One thing that was pretty disappointing was being charged extra at the till for having 'long' and not 'medium' hair. My hair is at my shoulders so I think that is a nonsensical way of pricing colouring - who defines where medium hair turns to long?
