The wax was fine. I prefer a bit more conversation to make me feel more comfortable. And as I was helping by pulling my skin taught she kept spilling the wax on my hand.

I have been to Xclusive Hair and Beauty twice now to have highlights and blow dry. The first time I had Ana, who is amazing and very gentle. The second time I had Zenni, (who did not speak English), however, this was not an issue as I advised Ana what I was after and she would tell Zenni. I did find Ana was more careful and gentle with my hair throughout the process. However, I have no complaints regarding the end result of my hair by Zenni and am a very happy customer!
