Pedicure was quite uncomfortable. I expect a spa pedicure to be more than lying on a bed with my feet in what looks like a washing up bowl. I have back pain at the best of times so this was quite uncomfortable for me. I couldn’t really say much however as the lady didn’t speak a word of English. Whilst she brought a colleague in to translate before my massage (after the pedicure) it was quite uncomfortable.
At the point of massage I was told to remove my top but the lady didn’t leave the room to give me any privacy. Again the lack of English meant she wouldn’t understand being asked to leave. Wouldn’t boom again.

Terrible wax - the lady kept trying to pull away wet wax resulting in a painful experience. She didn’t speak English and was not prepared despite I booked days in advance.
