Really lovely staff, very friendly and smiley. Had one of the first appointments of the day and everything was ready for me in the room. The problems arose during the wax itself, it was incredibly painful (more so than usual!) and rather than putting the wax on and ripping it off in one go (as I have experienced at other salons) the wax was ripped at three or four times before it came off. This also did not prove that effective as a number of hairs were left even after the hot wax was repeatedly applied to the same area and removed. This also left me with increased sensitivity so even after I was called by the salon and offered a complementary second wax the next day (great customer service) my bikini area was too sensitive to accept this offer. I was informed at the end of the first wax that some of the hairs were too short to be removed, but given it had been 6+ months since my last wax I was not expecting this to be a problem, nor has it been at other salons.
All in all, fab staff and great customer service after there was a problem, but a throughly painful experience during.
