Had a previous dodgy haircut from somewhere else fixed. My hairdresser took her time to fully understand what I wanted and was great at checking in on if I was still happy, e.g with the length. Lovely head massage whilst washing my hair. The only negative was when I had my hair washed my neck was really uncomfortable, the edge of the sink was digging in. Otherwise, great value haircut!
