A very good Hollywood wax but appointment was over 45 minutes late due to a confusion between clients. I was understanding but it took too long to get an apology and I felt like the beautician didn’t really care. I have been here before and not had this issue so hopefully it is not a regular occurrence...

Michael was lovely; he asked lots of questions so I was really confident that I was going to get the look I wanted, and I did! Balayage and cut were perfect - highly recommend.
