It was my first time visiting Chroma and I doubt it will be the last! From the moment I arrived Michael was super friendly and welcoming, and made sure to understand what I was looking to do with my hair. Through every step of the balayage he made sure to check in to see if I was happy which was really nice. Overall it was a great experience, made even better with the lovely team at Chroma. Great vibes in the salon too with 10/10 music choice :)

Michael is lovely and it was very relaxing in the quiet studio. He took great care over the balyage and I will be going back before the Summer for a half head top up.
