I’ve had my waxing done at Chroma for a long time now but this was the worse one ever. I had a new beautician Fatima who I’ve never had before. The wax was so painful (I’ve been having hollywoods for 8 yrs), I’ve got patches of hair left, the same stick into the pot was used for the whole appointment, I had wax strings across my face and clothes and the venue in general was just really dirty. Now the price is higher than it used to be I’ll be going elsewhere.
