The room I was in did not seem heated so
although the hot stone massage was nice the whole experienced was not great as I was freezing. The reflexology was better as I was a bit more covered but I would not be surprised if I caught a cold on the back of this experience. For £100+, I would have hoped for a portable heater, and perhaps having a glass of water or tea as part of the experience. There are some little things that could make the experience better like making the room more cosy.
