Went in for a slight restyling - basic, subtle layers cut into long, thick & wavy hair. Michael did some nice face framing around the front but only put 1, really severe layer in - my hair looks like it’s got awful extensions.
Salon was empty and really depressing.
Michael was friendly enough but pretty snooty.
