Chris was amazing from my first phone call to sit down at the salon for my balayage. I was keen to get a balayage done, but he explained to me the importance of a patch test and managed my expectations when I came in for a consultation on the color I wanted (cool-toned blonde on dark Asian hair). We went for a subtle balayage, but Chris brought out the exact look and color I wanted (and didn’t even know I wanted). My hair also feels so lush because of K18 treatment Chris recommended.

Loved my blowdry. Christopher treated my scalp and hair gently with care, which I really appreciate as I have a sensitive scalp - and I didn't even have to ask him to. Furthermore, it was an enjoyable experience - which is a huge bonus. Looking forward to my next appointment already!
