I booked a colour and cut with Christopher, I was truly blown away with the service I got. Chris does one client at a time so I felt it was a truly personal service. I was really nervous as I hadn’t had colour for many years and he put me really at ease, and it came out beautiful, really natural balayage, I love it! Also I opted to add on the hot towel and treatment which was worth every penny and came with an amazing head massage.

Chris was absolutely delightful! After seeing the same stylist for 20 years, I was a little nervous to try someone new—but Chris made the whole experience feel so warm and easy. He asked all the right questions, walked me through every step, and made me feel completely comfortable. The haircut turned out amazing (and the treatment was even better!). I even got a bunch of compliments on the tube ride home. I couldn’t be happier! ✨💖

Christopher is the first hairdresser who’s truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He made sure the cut suited my style and face shape, and his product recommendations were genuinely helpful — no hard sell at all. I honestly love my hair; it’s the best it has looked in ages!
