Unfortunately, I didn’t think the customer service was good at all. Zero conversation through the whole appointment left be feeling very awkward. My nails are nice enough but I can pick out several flaws on them - too close to the cuticle so my skin is painted and rough edges round the side meant peeling by day two. Won’t be back. When I was leaving, Christine was very friendly so a shame the whole appointment wasn’t that way.
