I could have selected all the attributes to describe Lindsey. She is so clever interpreting various Pinterest pictures I had saved, discussing colour options and explaining the impact of my impending holiday on the tint that I chose. She asked me questions about what I wanted at each step.
Lindsey also answered the phone and dealt with another client whilst I was waiting on my colour developing but neither of these things made me feel less special! Great customer and great service!
