I've had electrolysis at a few places in South London and this was by far the best. Cristal was knowledgable, paid close attention to what she was doing and kind with the treatment. I felt the effects of the treatment were thorough -the hair was removed and still hasn't grown back 4 weeks later- but my skin was FAR less damaged than anywhere else I've had this done. I'll be returning for follow up treatments from Cristal.
