Christal is lovely and she did a good job on my electrolysis. However, she spent more time criticising my skin and telling me as black people, we don’t need SPF (which just isn’t true). Considering this is a HAIR removal appointment, there is no reason for my skin to be criticised this much. This left me feeling really low and very embarrassed. It’s been on my mind for some time since the appointment, (which was a month ago). She’s great but after this interaction, I won’t be returning.
